PLANNING APPLICATION SUBMITTED IN MENDIP VILLAGE


Further to securing the allocation of a 1.6-hectare site within Mendip District Council’s emerging Local Plan Part II, LVA have now submitted an outline planning application for up to 32 dwellings in the village of Butleigh. More details can be found on the Project page.

87 HOMES IN YETMINSTER, WEST DORSET COMING SOON


Following LVA’s outline permission for 87 dwellings on a 7-acre greenfield site in the village of Yetminster, Burrington Estates successfully obtained a Reserved Matters consent from West Dorset District Council. Work on site is due to commence in 2019.

Strategic Land in Tiverton, Mid Devon


LVA announced the acquisition of further land in Tiverton, bringing LVA's strategic holding in the settlement to 30 acres.

The site is located in a sustainable location within easy reach of a wide range of shops and services in Tiverton Town Centre and its development can assist in providing much needed market and affordable housing in the District. Consultations are now underway.

 

OUTLINE PLANNING RESOLUTION FOR UP TO 50 HOMES IN MERRIOTT


LVA are delighted to have obtained a resolution to grant consent for up to 50 new houses in the Somerset village of Merriott. The scheme will deliver on-site affordable housing and a much-needed footpath along Church Street which will provide safer pedestrian access to the local Church and school.

National Grid Portfolio


Following the acquisition of a portfolio of brownfield town centre sites from National Grid, LVA will be releasing four sites to the market for sale during February 2019. Sites in Boston and Leek will be marketed for commercial uses. Sites in Spalding and Coatbridge will be marketed for residential uses.

 

18 Acres in Devon Allocated for Residential in Draft Development Plan


After pro-actively working with East Devon District Council's planning department, LVA are delighted that their 18 acre holding has been earmarked for early delivery of up to 250 houses as part of the expansion of the new town of Cranbrook, Devon.
