LVA is delighted to have been granted outline planning permission for up to 47 dwellings on land on the edge of Stoke St Michael, Somerset. The consented scheme will make a meaningful contribution to both market and affordable housing delivery in Mendip with the site being located conveniently to the village centre.
The LVA Head of Planning Alex Bullock said “LVA are delighted with the Planning Inspectorate’s decision as it vindicates our decision to appeal the Council’s decision. The Inspector agreed with our opinion on important material planning considerations and that the proposal was sustainably located. This decision allows us to reach the next important milestone in this project’s lifecycle after many years of hard work by the entire consultant team."
